WE’RE BACK!! The Frankley Skills Show and Jobs Fair returns for 2021 at the Hollymoor Community Centre. Sunday 26th September, 10AM – 3PM. Hosted by myself and WM Mayor Andy Street. “As the region bounces back from Covid – Councillor Simon Morrall invites you to come and find your future. There are thousands of opportunities […]

I’m delighted to be name dropped during the Queen’s Speech debate over the Hollymoor Scandal that I exposed last year. Procurement in the Public Sector, across both Government and local authority, is OUT OF CONTROL! This has been happening long before the pandemic and it’s an issue I have complained about for years, in fact […]

GET FIT! LEARN TO DANCE! What a pleasure to witness the opening of the brand new Dance Box Academy today, only a ten minute walk from Frankley Great Park. Lauren, Abbie, Jess have done a fantastic job converting an old factory into a fully functional dance studio open to the wider region covering Ballot, Tap, […]

What a treat it was to join the lovely ladies at Knit and Natter this morning. Anyone is welcome to join, open Tuesdays 11am – 1pm at the Reaside community centre. Meet new people over cake and tea and great for your mental health too! If you know anyone who may be interested please do […]

I can’t tell you how good it feels to be back out again talking to local people in the ward, listening to day to day concerns inside people’s homes over a cup of tea. If you have any local issues you would like me to pound the City Council over, feel free to drop me […]

REVEALED – £340,000 WASTED!! Councillors get less than 20k a year to spend on highways improvements! The Labour run City Council has spent 17 TIMES this on a dangerous ‘Temporary Bus Lane’ that no one asked for. The Bristol Road Bus Lane has FINALLY gone thanks to all who signed our petition. But how much […]

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! NO MORE EXCUSES!! LABOUR CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH OUR POLICE!! VOTE FOR CHANGE THIS THURSDAY! AND SHARE THIS VIDEO AROUND. Watch: https://www.facebook.com/100026977778251/videos/789499891959263

The B45 Big Community Clean Up comes to a close today and I just wanted to say another massive congratulations to everyone who took part, from the group leaders, to local residents. OVER 800 BAGS COLLECTED!! What an absolutely incredible achievement! I said back in March if we can come together to beat Covid, then […]

This week I voted AGAINST a 4% pay rise to Councillors allowances and have instead offered to donate mine to charity. I was one of only three out of 101 councillors who did this. I personally cannot justify a pay rise in the wake of a pandemic that has ruined so many livelihoods and small […]

PLEASE SHARE! This June, Labour are introducing a Congestion Charge (The Clean Air Zone) into Birmingham City Centre. Which could cost the poorest motorists up to £2,700 a year. For the last two years you will hear Labour spin the line “This is Government Mandated!” Just one problem…. IT’S NOT TRUE! I pull out the […]
