It’s been reported in the Birmingham Mail, that Street Watch campaigns have been a failure as residents are ‘too scared’ – well not in Frankley.
Since we promoted the Street Watch campaign over the Christmas, local residents across Oaklands Way and Hollymoor (without our help) have banded together to start a local patrol.
With over 26 residents now signed up to the campaign, they work alongside local police and even report local defects directly to the council – making my job slightly easier too, thanks guys!
