The Reaside Academy Redevelopment

April 2018

3Dear Resident

I wanted to make you aware that a major planning application has been submitted to Birmingham City Council on 28 March 2018. I feel you deserved to know about this and have the chance to comment, raising any concerns you may have.

The application is in relation to The Reaside Academy, Tresco Close, Rubery, Birmingham, B45 0HY and has been submitted requesting the following :

“Construction of a new single storey Junior School for 240 pupils with associated landscaping and car park, and subsequent demolition of the existing school building.”

Over the page you will find more details regarding the application, how you can view the plans and make comments so the Planning Officers are made aware of your local voice.

If you are concerned about the impact this may have on the local community, or have any questions regarding the development, or if you are in support of the application, we would strongly advise you to contact the Planning Officers to let them know.

You can contact Planning Direct on Tel: 0121 303 1115
You can email them at planningandregenerationenquiries@birmingham.gov.uk or write to them at Planning and Development, PO Box 28, Birmingham, B1 1TU

You have until the 3rd May 2018 to make your comments. Don’t forget to go out and vote for change on May 3rd. Let’s take back control of our community.
