Got very wet in Digbeth this morning on a site visit for the huge outline planning application that we deferred last month. My main area of contention was the impact on the night time economy. I am confident the developers (through the officers) have heard my concerns loud and clear and I look forward to reading the updated report when this application comes back to planning committee.
