Heated Council Exchange on Birmingham Policing.
It got heated at Council last week as I challenged the Cabinet member for community safety over policing. What you can't hear is the Labour group shouting across the chamber as I rebut their claims (hence my voice raising). The Lord Mayor had to intervene and upon finally getting to ask my supplementary I received a thunderous round of applause from the Tory benches.
