It was a pleasure to be with Mayor Andy Street again yesterday to open the new Balaam Wood Academy. Throwing off the shackles of the state and allowing this school to thrive independently. This is the third time Andy has been to Frankley in the space of 12 months and you bet I got shout out during his speech (cheques in the post). #FrankleyForward
